As someone already mentioned,it does have a slight Elvis Costello vibe about it,and that most definately is intended as a compliment.
Considering how many top ten hits that gentleman had.
Cannot fault the musicship,songwriting or production.
The ability to write a "Hit" song is something that has always eluded me,so my admiration for those who can do it knows no bounds and by crikey,you have the knack for doing it again and again.
Radio ready and one heck of a hook begining to end.

Hey Mr B! ..now you know i have heard this!! Very E.C. format, a genre of music that you can do very well,... and i know it's not as easy as folks think...To get the feeling of pop-bop is extremely hard to do (IMO) and have it come off like this?...man, you have skills!!
